Abstract The Internet provides a way of collecting and disseminating information never possible before. Using it, the analyst is no longer limited by time, cost and distance restrictions, having instantaneous world-wide access, with minimum cost. The type of questionnaire to be administrated can go far from the traditional impressions, allowing the analyst to use a much richer and interactive interface, both in the collecting and presentation of the results. It is necessary to reconsider that the ways which the researches are developed and conceive new and well adapted solutions for this environment. It is necessary to revise the rolls of the different actors of the research process and the ways they are involved, as well as the available tools for the research community and for all analysts and executives. The new scenery for on-line research is evidenced, having the web as basic tool.
Abstract - optional La Internet oportuniza una forma de recolección y de diseminación de las informaciones nunca antes posible de ser realizada. Con ella, el investigador no está más limitado por las restricciones de tiempo, costo y distancia, teniendo un acceso mundial prácticamente instantáneo, con gastos mínimos. El tipo de cuestionario a ser administrado puede estar lejos de los tradicionales impresos, permitiendo que el investigador utilice una interface mucho más interactiva y rica, sea en la recolección o en la presentación de los resultados. Es necesario reconsiderar las formas como se desarrollan las pesquisas y crear nuevas soluciones mejor adecuadas a ese entorno. Es necesario rever los papeles de los diferentes actores del proceso de pesquisa y la manera que estos estarán involucrados, así como las herramientas disponibles a la comunidad de pesquisa y también a todos los analistas y ejecutivos. Está evidenciado el nuevo escenario para pesquisas on-line, teniendo la web por herramienta básica.
